The turning speed of the different tanks is actually different, but its not as much of a jump as the movement speed.

Was I just discussing this with you on reddit? If so, I will let someone else answer so you dont just hear the same opinion again! If that wasn't you I will try and answer when I have a bit more time.

Thanks for the images! It is tricky to see the effect from stills, but gives an idea what to look for. I will have a go at cliff-diving at the end of some levels and see what happens.

Interesting, I will see if I can get the same thing to happen.

The Nemesis is meant to be tough, and it is important to plan where to take him on. Some missions are much harder than others with him, if you can, lure him back on to a completed hex, or on to an event. As they are already empty, you only have him to deal with, rather than the mission as well.

As for the increase in difficulty, the campaign doesn't only get harder as the power goes up, but also as you get closer to the volcano. Once you reach lava levels you will be playing the hardest missions.

Joining that far into a campaign is obviously much harder too as you won't have the data for upgrades.

What sort of weapon level are you getting late on, often when you reach the volcano you will have mk8 or mk10, which is enough for the boss with no generators, but for the realy nasty stuff, like taking on the boss with generators still working, you want the mk15s. If you have these unlocked but cant find them, look for late game shops that are as far away from the volcano as possible, the more obcure to get too the better.

Yes, they are data shards. Can't remember hw much they drop find them worth while on missions with plenty of ammo (or use the blaster for it to be free, hmm, does that make it drop ammo? Would have to check).

Yes, the ammo special works for anyone in range.

Hi there! Glad to hear that you are enjoying Battlezone! With regards to the ammo in the volcano, we are aware that this happens and are looking into finding a solution. In the mean time, turrets should always drop ammo, so it may be worth looking to take these down when you are getting low.

Thinking about it... it might be L2... eitherway, which ever button bings up the team panel on the mpa screen also works on the tank picker screen :)

There is no way to switch tanks in a campaign, even leaving and re-joining will not help unless you join a different campaign. You can bring up the team list (L1) while on the tank picker screen in order to see what others have picked to help with your choice.

Oh, it is definatly possible to do hard mode in both single and multiplayer.

The recalibration in Battlezone only resets the position and not the orientation. I have found the best fix for tracking weirdness is to turn the headset off and on again using the little remote on the headset wire. It only takes a few seconds.

If you are stuggling with random mid-game joins coming in and wasting your hard earned lives, you could try making the slots private once the initial players have joined in. You could then safely re-open them when back on the map screen (or invite players you know to be ok) if you did want some more players to join in.
