Sorry no swastikas on the German version. We have to comply with the German Law. Just as much fun though! :)
Hey, just a question out of curiosity. If a Game is censored in certain countries and the people import other versions. Is that a bad thing for the developers in general? I mean from a economic perspective.
Being german myself I love over the top B-Movie style Games and Movies, Comics like the ZAT, Wolfenstein and many others. And for me using military titles, logos etc. to persiflage a certain part of History is totally okay and most censored things just are a poor way of denying the own countries history. Heck everbody knows what a censored Swastika is meaning anyway and its a total joke that here in Germany showing a swastika in movies and tv is totally okay while in comics and games its frowned upon.
I would love to support the developers who are facing the Problem of law restrictions in certain countries but I am wondering if importing causes setbacks for the developers.
