Bino tagging does help keep games of Pure Sniper moving along so that they don't get to boring, and from a realistic standpoint I could understand that one character can briefly describe or point out where they saw an enemy.
But I think the bino tags last too long. Perhaps if they just showed where the enemy was at the moment of spotting and retains a ghost of them for say, ten seconds or something, but doesn't actually follow them, that might be better.
Right now, somebody gets tagged and figures they've been tagged and they just sit still for thirty seconds of however long it takes.
