Shoot the warhead of an enemy infantry carrying the Panzerfaust. It will blow up. You can even shoot the warhead if the enemy has been killed and is laying on the ground. Same goes for grenades.

Just want to express my satisfaction with the new content, especially the challenging survival map and authentic plus setting. Really nice features -- exactly what I had been hoping for.

I like the instant gratification of the where you hit identifiers, but I don't know, I just feel like this game is better where it edges a little closer to Arma-level realism versus a little more arcadey. Anyway, I really like that the devs have upped the difficulty factor with the latest content.

This game and ZAT are the first Rebellion Games I have played (although I think rebellion was involved in the old Novalogic military sims back in the day that I used to play), and I just want ya'll to know I will be keeping up with whatever you guys are producing. Job well done.

Check out the XIM4, which allows you to use mouse and keyboard. The device itself cost $150, plus you'll need ot spring for a decent mouse. Any keyboard or gamepad will do.

It does cost a bit in total, but for FPS games m/kb is far, far superior. Much cheaper than a gaming PC, as well.

If you play online competitive games, keep your secret hush hush though. People consider it cheating, though it is undetectable and not a bannable offense.

For me, it has eliminated arthritis pain but also upped my enjoyment of shooting games considerably. No more potato aim! No more fighting poor controls that create cheap difficulty.

I was just thinking that Zombie Army needs a new addition with SE4's updated graphics/mechanics. This looks even cooler.

 Looks fucking awesome.

When was the last time I was excited about an upcoming video game? I honestly can't remember. Probably the original Halo. I feel like a kid again.

And yes, pretty much every round of survival I play with the ZH it is bound ot happen if I get down to low ammo.

Posted 4 months ago

I will test it out a bit more tonight.

So far, it only seems to happen with the ZH. I also use the Ghewer and the M1 Garand, and they seem normal.

It seems to happen if I get down to just 10 rounds, it will just reload forever and think that it is empty.

Like I said, I will play around with it some more and see if it is specific to having 10 rounds and if some other prompt interrupting the reload is implicit in creating the bug.

Also, with the realistic magazine loss turned on, there seems to be some inconsistency. Sometimes I fire one round, reload, and lose nothing. Other times it seems to work.

Want to report a bug related to the new DLC weapon.

The Russian rifle, ZH whatever it is called, will get stuck when it gets down to 10 rounds. The empty trigger click sound will function when the shoot button is pressed, you can reload, but the empty sound continues. Reload and repeat to infinite.

I have only played this on authentic and the new map.

The maps in this game are considerably larger than any other SE game so far... Not sure how you think the graphics took a hit either.

And you may have noticed that the silencer option is by default considered authentic, versus unrealistic.

But hey, if you don't like the game, that's not my problem.

 1. Just outright disable aim assist for anything other than casual. Same for scope glint, bullet trails, shot tags, and bino tags. And sprint.

2. Short of that, allow customizable game types.

3. Consider getting rid of sprint all together. Most servers cant handle it and players are skeetering all over the place -- impossible to hit. The game fails to be a sniper game at that point and just gets ridiculous.

4. Get rid of auto-balance, or at least allow it to be turned off.

Thats it for me. With these changes, I could definitely see myself logging on for PVP several times a week for a long time.

Bino tagging does help keep games of Pure Sniper moving along so that they don't get to boring, and from a realistic standpoint I could understand that one character can briefly describe or point out where they saw an enemy.

But I think the bino tags last too long. Perhaps if they just showed where the enemy was at the moment of spotting and retains a ghost of them for say, ten seconds or something, but doesn't actually follow them, that might be better.

Right now, somebody gets tagged and figures they've been tagged and they just sit still for thirty seconds of however long it takes.

Awesome. Is there patch notes that explain these changes in detail anywhere?

Same for the bullet trails, scope glint, aim assist (that has no place in PVP period, if you can't snipe stick to cadet single player).
